The Palio of the Towers of Chiusi, Siena is the re-enactment of an ancient Palio that had been forgotten for a long time. The Palio, with Terzieri pushing towers of their lands on a climb to get to the main square of the village, is now enhanced and enriched by a real medieval festival with camps, schools of merchants and craftsmen, period costumes for 130 listed, traditional and medieval dishes, the brewer and the vintner open dining evening.
